Jothi Nedungadi is the principal of Competitive InfoSearch. With 10 years of service in the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing & most recently in the Medical Insurance industry, her expertise in Sales and Marketing along with her involvement with HR departments in each of the divisions she has served and managed has given her the added edge to research, analyze and compile information that any company needs to be successful. She has worked with reputable companies like Eli Lilly, Humana, Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and KI, Inc. (Krueger International) among others. Her Masters in Education with a focus on Instructional Systems Technology and a minor in Organizational Development & Change Management has helped with her research abilities and gap analysis in the organizations that she has worked with. She has also worked on several projects with Indiana University’s Residence Hall Services, American Red Cross and Hospice of Bloomington, IN. With her varied background and education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to help her clients on projects that require in depth research, analysis and report writing.

Having worked on systems implementation at some of the organizations, she also has an extensive knowledge of software, technology and IT product research.
 
Most recently, she reviewed a book on "Making Search Work" by Martin White.
 
She is an adjunct faculty & business coach at the Fox Valley Technical College (www.fvtc.edu), a SCORE Councelor (www.scorefoxcities.com), a member of the American Society of Training and Development (www.ASTD.org), International Society for Performance Improvement (www.ISPI.org), Association for Independent Information Professionals (www.AIIP.org), Fox Valley Chamber of Commerce (www.foxcitieschamber.com), the Fox Valley Literacy Coalition (www.focol.org/literacy), United Way's Impact Area Council & Task Force (www.unitedwayfoxcities.org).
 
She has been a member of AIIP since 2006, and most recently joined the board. She was the PR co-chair for AIIP's 2008 conference at Pittsburgh . She was also elected AIIP PR Chair. In 2007, she received the Myra T. Grenier Award at the Minneapolis Conference.
